I'm having the same problem and I've tried every suggested none seem to work. why do i only get these problems with shitty EA products.
Still truly is the worst games company to date. STOP SELLING BROKEN PRODUCTS!

same here did everything and still no succes .im running vista 64-bit
1. replace the dll file in system32 and syswow (no succes)
2. c+++ replacement got rid of the newer one and installed the old one again (no succes)
3. ........ dunno what to do anymore bought the compete pack for 60 euro and cant play the game (feeling scammed)

I ran into the same issue but followed this basic suggestion.
It all comes down to having your Graphic drivers up to date and doing this will get you up and running.

You need to use the installer in your BF4 directory. Dont get the one from the microsoft site linked, it's not up-to-date.
FYI, i was getting crashes every game, with the odd game finishing. So far this has worked well for me.
Go through to where you installed battlfield (either in origin games or your own custom location)
Then go through the following folders
Battlefield 4
__Installer
vc
vc2012Update3
redist
Then double click on the vcredist_x64.exe and follow the prompts.

This has happened to me 2 or 3 times now... I had forgot how to fix it too... x_x
Download the files, un-install the Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 Libraries through uninstall programs in the control panel, then re-install the files with the downloads.
Worked twice for me.
