BF4 missing premium items

Hi I purchased the premium upgrade as to get all the weekly content, but I have not received my gold battlepack today.

Is there some type of delay or mistake?

I intentionally puchased this asap to get the full benifits of the premium service and have been let down by not receiving my gold battle pack when I should have.

Can you please let me know what is going on, because if I thought I was going to miss out on items like this I would not have spent the $60 on this service.
