BF4 Missing unlock for ACE 23

Okay so I managed to unlock all weapons, and now I'm going for all attachments on all guns. And I have over 190 kills for my ACE23 but I do not have the supressor unlocked which requires 160 kills. The bar just says 191/160 kills. On Battlelog assignments it shows I have the suppressor unlocked, obviously because I passed 160 kills with the gun, but I still do not have it available in game. It shows up as locked still.
