bf4 not launching xbox 360

I got battlefield 4 on Christmas day I launched disc one and did the update and instillation I then had to set my HUD all of 

these things seemed normal but after I set my HUD it just stuck on a loading screen of rain and a city in the background

if anyone can help please reply since I have long waited for this game and I am disappointed I cannot play it.

    Also experiencing this on one of our two Xbox One's. Really annoyed as this is my son's Christmas present and he can't even play it.

    I am also interested in this answer, as my son got this for the 360 on Christmas and has been unable to play it.
