BF4 not loading

I've recently come across a wierd problem, as of the weekend my BF4 wont load at all, It comes up with the joining soldier / joining server bit at the bottom but never loads BF4 itself (i even went to Lidl and came back and it was in the same state), when I open up task manager i can see BF4.exe in the processes but its only using 5,700 k odd memory, at it sits at that the whole time not fluctiation at all. does anyone have any ideas on what could be causing this? I have reinstalled both BF4 and origin and plugins. yet still nothing. heres a link to the memory usage.

 BF4 is the only game i have a problem with it seems too.
