Title says it all, November 4th and still the gold premium battlepack is not handed out, although when you check your premium rewards it indicates it was awarded already and the next reward is a premium customization.

Same here, never received it.It's laughable that they can't even get the system that gives us "prizes" to work that we paid an extra $50 for.

I did not get the Premium Gold pack sceduled for November 4th. No veteran pack either (Veteran Level 7).

My premium says OUT TODAY! on the battlepack but I can't redeem it? xbox360.
should it be under the "My Soldier" battlepack section to redeem it?
