BF4 on playstation 3, Assignments error after newest update?

Hello, 

After the newest update to BF4, my assignments (such as "fire starter" and "Need only one" ) were shown as not unlocked. I had unlocked them previously, and my Battlelog even has the proof for it, as well as the fact that my L96 sniper rifle is un-usable even though it's almost halfway unlocked on the progress bar. All of my assignments are stuck on some sort of a Grid-lock, where I can't unlock them again, but they were ulocked in the first place. Is anybody able to help?
