BF4 on PS3 Rental server extend

Hey there bro,

Having the same problem after renting Bf3 and Bf4 servers for years. You are right its a known issue not only with server rental but other EA purchases like Battle packs for example. To make the situation even worse after 3 refunds from Psn,(which I never wanted to begin with but the only thing they were willing to do) When I actually asked for a refund to my Psn wallet (per their policy) they refused and a supervisor twice closed the chat for no obvious reason.

In any case after 6 live chats with Psn customer no- support and 2 with Ea plus a phone conversation I have gotten nowhere.

I am attempting to put together enough "evidence" as possible and post it here and other places in hopes of building a case strong enough that they might actually pay attention. So anything you find forum forum, tweets,...etcetera please pass them on to me because we can't seem to scale the giant wall of stupid that corporate token customer support has erected.

July 2021 and it is still an issue. Psn tells me to contact EA. EA tells me to contact PSN. Since it is an issue on all consoles, it is obviously and EA problem, and they refuse to get it together.
