BF4 Origin Game Time asks for product key

I downloaded BF4 Game Time on Origin, and tried to play it on the battlelog website, and when the server starts loading up, Origin asks me to enter a product key, from the game box. And along side that, It also says that I've already "Enjoyed Game Time on this account and computer." So I don't know what to do.

I've looked up some solutions for this same problem, and none of them work. There was one Solution that I found that looked promising, and it was about deleting a file called 71067.dlf or 71069.dlf in the license folder in Electronic Arts in Program data. But the folder is not there. So again, I don't know what to do and all I want to do is play one week of BF4.

Please help.

  • Those files should show up when Origin ends the game installation... so, in order, try following these steps:

    Uninstall BF4

    Uninstall Origin

    Install Origin

    Install BF4

Yeah I have the same problem now too, I did re-install everything but do I still need to delete those files?

Why does EA create such problems, I'm worried about Star Wars Battlefront

Surprise surprise. People still having problems and EA hasn't said a thing.

You really, truly are the worst company in the world, Electronic Arts.

Can't play because your stupid client thinks I've already used my game time, and I haven't even seen the intro screen yet.

Just to make it clear, this stupid bug is still a thing and there is still no word from EA about it. Because of things like this, I dont buy EA´s products..

I'm in the same boat here. I was going to buy BF4 Premium and the equivalent when Star Wars Battlefront came out but now I am questioning both purchases. Don't understand why they can't get this * straight.

Edit: Haha.... I just noticed this thread is 6 months old now!
