ATI HD6870 with latest beta driver 13.11
4GB RAM
Windows 7 64bits
Not a high end rig by any means but I used to play BF3 on high/ultra without any issues and it should be enough to play BF4 on medium/high.
Stutter sometimes occur after playing for a while, sometimes right after loading the game for the first time. Doesn't happen in singleplayer.
Tried unparking the CPU and everything else already mentioned, it didn't change much.
Its the stuttering none stop. here's an image of the ingame perf graphs from last night.

I've tried all the supposed fixes except disabling hyperthreading. My bios does not have that option.
Nvidia GTX780M, V331.65
i7-7400MQ
Win7 Pro 64bit SP1 all known security updates.
