Im only getting freezes on Siege of Shanghai, no matter if the skyscraper is up or down. It will freeze in a few minutes after joining.

Last night I had my wirelss router drop on my while I was playing. Not sure what caused it, but this morning I wanted to try something.
I went into my basement where the router is and plugged my laptop directly into the router. Disabled the wireless and fired up BF4. The stuttering went away. Unplugged the network cable, turned wireless back on and suttering returned. Tried it again... network cable, disabled wireless = no stuttering.
Each time it was on different servers and I only ran around for a 20-30 seconds. SO I need to test this some more. I have re-installed my wireless drivers but still the stuttering. Not sure what to do about it now, but thought I would post it.
