I'm running Windows 7 64bit, which is a brand new install, and then reinstalled BF4, and still getting the directx createbuffer error

I assume you've tried these :
1) Repaired game files - In Origin right click and repair
2) Reinstalled DX as admin? - C:\Program Files (x86)\Origin Games\Battlefield 4\__Installer\directx\redist right click on DXSetup.exe run as admin
3) Reinstall MS Visual c++ - C:\Program Files (x86)\Origin Games\Battlefield 4\__Installer\vc\vc2012Update3\redist run as admin
4) Increased user address space 32 bit only - Open command prompt and run as administrator Type bcdedit /set increaseuserva 2500 and press enter
Now restart your machine. If it makes no difference reset by bcdedit /deletevalue increaseuserva reboot.

I hope you all get it working, here is what happened to me.
I got ATI radeon 6950 and all worked well on first night, no probs.
On wednesday I got Geforce GTX770 and first load was "jamming" to the loading screen, look I describe on detail:
1. On website I press join server and the blue thing coms from bottom of page saying joining server, very normal
2. Game starts and loading screen hits on ( map loading)
3. Loading screen goes off and it just blinks the thing on right upper corner. I hear every sound from the game whats happening but no seein anything.
On this phase I just killed client after waiting 2 mins. Same thing happened next times too. on the fifht attemp I got phone call and the screen was there while I was on phone. After finishing call I came back to comp and it was on game! No waiting on loading screen after ever happened. I guess it was do to someting with "initial" configuration or something, I dont know.
I got Intel Core I7-2600k
8BG RAM
SSD HD
Geforce GTX770 with lates beta drivers downloaded on here: http://www.geforce.com/whats-new/articles/nvidia-geforce-331-40-beta-drivers-released
Firewall is from F-Secure and I have done nothing extra configuration
Windows 7 everything updated

Problem Fixed!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
At first it did not work after installing the update. I hit Windows Update and yes there was one (for the program installed during the update), after that and a RESTART, it worked.
Yes!!!!!!

I still haven't played since it was released, I have tried updating punkbuster, non of the updates fixed it, I also updated my drivers. I sometimes get into a game but it just shows a grey screen and then I usually get kicked or "your connection has timed out.
