BF4 PC Crashes to Black Screen - Solved - It was the PSU

SOLVED:

Thermaltake Smart M850w replaced the - {Inlandpro ILG 750 WATT 80+ ATX PSU}**********no issues since psu replacement!!!!!!!!!!!

Final EDIT:

Using Asus GPU Tweak program I lowered GPU clock and manually raised GPU fan speed to 60%.
Having much better luck, able to game longer (over 90mins) black screen not happened yet since lowered clock speed.

Had a black screen crash then a dif crash I didnt see before (lock up).

Adjusted more....

After adjusting voltage also using GPU Tweak, no crashes so far.
GPU Clock - 900mhz
GPU Voltage - 1116mv
fan speed - 60%

I only use the tweak when gaming, when not gaming I bring the fan speed back down to 20%, but I do leave the Clock and voltage down.

EDIT: Did all this:

EDIT2: after this fresh reformat and the user.cfg/pnkbstr fix I am able to get in game for a little longer, maybe a whole round, but still screen goes black tower still on.

Unparked cores ----unpark the easy way----> https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xrvDVZg6C58

Ran Directx making sure it had all it needed

Placed user.cfg file

Ran 32bit.

Also tried Origin options (dont run origin when this game launches)

Win 7 Premuim 64 bit

AMD 8320 (no over clock) Evo 212 cooler never over 40C, not much gaming done though, thats why im here lol

M5A99FX Pro R2.0 Motherboard

R9 280x Turboduo 3GB (PowerColor)

8GB G. Skill Ripsaw X series @ 1600

PLEXTOR 128GB SSD M5S 2.5 SATA3

Samsung Syncmaster P2350 Monitor in native resolution 1920 x 1080

Thermaltake Smart M850w replaced the - {Inlandpro ILG 750 WATT 80+ ATX PSU}**********no issues since psu replacement!!!!!!!!!!!

BF4 Premuim

Catalyst 14.3 Beta (I tried 13.12 before I even touched 14.3)

Windows update, up to date

Left default settings in Bios

DPI scaling default, not changed

Not using Windows Aero theme

Just built system, super clean.

First time in test range tried switching to fullscreen in options (13.12 driver...game settings on high graphics not ultra), screen goes black, 3 fingered salute doesnt work (ctr+alt+del) turn off PC...by. power button.

Uninstalled 13.12, installed 14.3

Since then everytime now right when it loads in test range the screen goes black and no response except for power button to shut down.

Dead Space game works fine, played that for awhile to test system, only 2 games installed. (BF4 Premium and Dead Space)

Dead Space will be uninstalled as soon as BF4 is working uneventfully. Although its a kewl game, just using it to make sure system is ok.

Only games that will be on this pc is BF4 and Next Car Game which I dont own yet.

By the way if I may ask, safest way to shut down? Holding power button, just hit power button once, or hit reset button?

Put 1 AMD HD 7950 in and now the games I am trying are working.

I think it is my PSU.

Gonna grab a new PSU that is able to run 2 HD 7950's plus my R9 280x on its own if needed.
