BF4 PC Dragon valley 2015 invisible players

Hello,

I recently started seeing the map glitch on Dragon Valley 2015 while playing BF4 on PC. The problem is that players are invisible on dragon valley, and only on this map. Many other players report having the same problem. The sound is also messed up during this map. I can hear voices and explosions, but not everything. This seems to have coincided with the last Windows 10 update for me, but other players have been complaining about it for a while. I did not encounter the glitch before last week, and I have been playing since release.

Is there a fix for this? I first tried repairing the game. When that didn't work, I completely re-downloaded and reinstalled both Origin and BF4. However, the glitch remains.

    Thanks for responding, but that's a negative. My ping on the servers I frequent is between 10 and 30. 

    My comment about the Windows update was just a guess since that's when I first started seeing it after having played the game since it was in beta. Other players with low pings have been complaining about this glitch for at least a couple years, but I only just started seeing it.

    @twwb I understand, however over the past week server stability and performance on a number of games from several publishers has been poor so your issue may be due to that or being exacerbated by that.

    Over what time period with consistently low ping and good connection at each hop while still experiencing the issue would confirm that it's not poor network performance?
