BF4 PC Memory leaking? 94% Memory usage with 12GB

Having the same issue, if I dont get a BSOD or Red screen its this memory leak, last one 10 minutes ago went to 92%, cuases game to stutter lagg to a standstill then locks up computer completey requiring a hard restart.

Running Win 8
