BF4 PC Memory leaking? 94% Memory usage with 12GB

This explains why the game is buttery/silkilly smooth at launch of MP/64 palyers and overtime (a few minutes) gameplay starts to be choppy. Just looking around results to continues pauses. My god just aiming down the sigth gives me a stutter!
