BF4 PC Memory leaking? 94% Memory usage with 12GB

Same here, windows 8.1 amd 6950 2gb catalyst 13.11. Was playing today when all the sudden everyhting was lagging. Checked my task manager and ALL 16 GB OF RAM was being used. Closing BF4 didn't make it go away either, had to reboot my pc. Had this happen a few times now, ONLY happens when playing bf4, all other games are fine.

This is ridiculous.
