AMD has rolled out with new beta drivers 11.1 Apparently some of the fixes with this upgrade is memory leak and fixed red screen of death. For those experiencing this issue try updating your AMD DRIVERS to 13.11 BETA 8 and see if this helps solve your problem.
I had installed the newest beta earlier today already and rebooted (beta 8, the one released today). It fixed the random crash to desktop I was getting, but for me it did not fix the memory leak issue at all.

Anyway, it seems the memory leak is not system specific but a game bug. Both AMD and Nvidia grpahic cards show this behaviour. Also the OS doesn't seem to matter, people with win 7, 8 and 8.1 are complaining (lots of x64 though...but that's just becomming THE common version for people with 4GB ram or more)
Stupid thing is the memroy usage does not go down after the game crashes or is exited. A reboot is needed to clear the ram, otherwise it will stay at 95% (with all bf4 and/or origin processes killed).
