BF4 PC Memory leaking? 94% Memory usage with 12GB

Have the same problem, isn't just the HD6xxx series.

Drivers 13.11 Beta8 

System is 

AMD1090T

HD5870

Win8 Pro

8GB Ram

    Seems to not affect AMD 7xxx series. Weird.
