BF4 PC Memory leaking? 94% Memory usage with 12GB

Memory leak is problem in BF 3 and now also in BF4. I do not understand how is possible not to fix this, either EA or AMD (I have Radeon 6870, 1gb RAM).

This is not responsible, I bought this game to be played, not for restarting PC every 2 to 3 maps loaded. So Fix it or refund me completly for both BF3 + Premium and BF4!
