BF4 PC Memory leaking? 94% Memory usage with 12GB

The only leak I'm experiencing is EA taking a massive steaming p*&^ on my head over this release! I can't even get past loading!!!

OS: Windows 7 64bit

Motherboard: ASUS Sabertooth 990FX

CPU: AMD FX 8150

RAM: DDR3 16GB

GPU: EVGA GeForce GTX 770 SC ACX - 2GB GDDR ( LOVE THIS CARD )

Sound Card: N/A

HDD: SSD Drive Cosair Force 3 250GB
