BF4 PC Memory leaking? 94% Memory usage with 12GB

I have an LCD display on my keyboard, that I constantly monitor the ram and cpu with. It will jump from 25-30% to 98% in a lot less than 30 seconds. The trick is to alt-tab as soon as you see it climb.

Same problem here Windows 8.1

8 GB of ram installed

intel core i7-3630QM

Nvidia geforce GTX 660M / 2 GB GDDR5
