BF4 PC Memory leaking? 94% Memory usage with 12GB

This is a really strange problem.

I've crashes but not this one.

My specs:

- Windows 8 Pro;

- 32Gb RAM;

- i7 4770 (no K or S);

- nVidia GTX660 (drivers 331.65 WHQL).

BF4 only uses 6Gb of RAM but the memory leak happens to my brother that 12Gb out of 16Gb are used by the game, he is on W7 64bit.
