Add me to the list too. I have windows 8.1 - it would seem there is a memory leak in the app. I doubt this is the driver. I upgraded from 8 to 8.1 recently but never had the game prior to upgrading to 8.1.

Core i7-965 (X58 chipset)

AMD Radeon 6870
