Same issue:
Desktop:
CPU: i7 4770k
MB: Maximus VI Hero
MEM: 8GB Ripjaw
GPU: AMD ATi 6970 on latest Catalyst beta drivers
OS: Win 8.1
I had the same problem but I searched google and found a workaround.
Just follow the instructions given in the following forumthread:
http://battlefield.play4free.com/en/forum/showthread.php?tid=87779
Just change the processes (.exe) to bf4.exe and bf4_x86.exe.
As battlefield 4 uses more resources I set the memory clean interval at 5 minutes instead of 15.
This can be done in the task cheduler.
This made the game 100% playable and I watched the ram usage of battlefield 4 decrease significantly everytime MEMclean runned.
This works, I hope there will be an official fix soon.

@Dirtyrobert
Glad it works for you, but it did not work at all for me. Several others mentioned earlier in the thread that it does not work for them, either. The memory leak for me is hidden away and clean mem does not affect it- since it only cleans the active process.
Only relief I've had is to exit at the score screen and rejoin the server. Seems something in the process of transitioning from that screen to loading the next map hides the memory loss. Not sure how clean mem could help in that case unless it just happens to run at that point and only a little gets stored.
