BF4 PC Memory leaking? 94% Memory usage with 12GB

Man this issue has been frustrating. I'm having exactly what everyone else says and I thought it was just an issue with my SSD. Looks like i'm not alone!

Quick question: Is this only happening to people with ATI and SSDs?

My brother has an nVidiia and no SSD and this happens to him too.

The strange thing is that I've an SSD, I've W8 and don't experience this (max 6Gb used out of 32Gb).

    I think it only happens with ATI HD6xxx and older series with W8/8.1.

    I'm running a normal HDD and it happens to me too, so SSD or not is no matter.
