I too am having the same issue.
Running a phenom 11 x6 with 8 gigs of ddr3 AMD radeon hd 6900 I can play a match then once the game ends and it starts loading the next level it just restarts. I figured a way how to avioud it from doing that. I just exite the game after every match, once the awards are finished. I havnt had to reboot or even had a crash since.

This actually works, here are the steps I take:
1. Before the next map begins to load Alt + Tab out of the game
2. IMPORTANT: Click the - (minus) to minimize the just now windowed game. You will hear the fans of your graphics card spin down to indicate you have done so properly.
3. Open task manager, watch for a sudden spike in CPU usage, this means the new map is loading. This is also the time the memory gets flushed and will usually go down about 200-300mb (playing TDM), and then get up again as the map loads.
4. Go back in to the game when the CPU usage drops down again, the map has been loaded
Tested this for a good 2 hours, where usually the memory leak appeared during the first 30 to 45 minute mark. Let's hope this works for other people.
EDIT 1: I would like to add that leaving task manager open decreases my fps by about 10.
System: Core i5 750 @ 2.8Ghz, Asus CuCore (AMD) 5770 x2 (crossfire disabled for now), 4GB RAM, Windows 8.1 x64, Catalyst 13.11_betav9.2.
EDIT 2: Did some further testing of this method and it consistently works on this system, played about 20 TDM matches with the "Non-paged pool" at 250-400MB (3GB previously). My RAM usage was between 65 and 85 percent, which is with a clean install of Windows 8.1 and a few essential applications running. If anyone else would like to test this, please do and reply. NOTE: I absolutely have to click minimize AFTER Alt-Tabbing for this to work.
EDIT: Seem to have used my very old EA account to post this, still works though

Guys,
You might want to try AMD Catalyst 13.11 unofficial WHQL but considering the memory leak issue is quite new, my guess is this won't resolve the problem either.
