similar problem here.

My PC Specs:

AMD Phenom II X4 945 3.0Ghz

8GB RAM

Radeon 6850

memory leak issue soon after the second round starts, the game starts to hang a bit then I have to quit the game. No more memory leak after a reboot, but still a pain in the **bleep** to have to quit the game every time after 1 round.

I had issues, i tried everything, including compatibility mode settings, registry edits, i mean a whole bunch of stuff. What fixed it for me what switching video cards. No joke I droped my AMD HD and picked up a GTX and not a worry since.
Sorry for the bad news but this game hates AMD.
