There is No BF4 Ps3 version in origin ☹️ and i can't buy from gamestop it can't deliver it to my country !

You should be able to pre order Battlefield 4 from here: http://www.battlefield.com/battlefield-4/buy/ps3. If you can't see the content, try to update the page using F5 and it will work.
Origin is offering worldwide shipping, so there should not be a problem even if you live in Dubai.
