BF4 Premium Code is Invalid

I am so pissed, because I bought battlefield 4, and bf4 premium, and I come to enter the code, and it says its invalid. I call Gamestop, and they tell me I have to contact xbox. Xbox redirects me to gamestop, who redirects me to Dice, telling me to SOMEHOW find the phone number, WHEN THERE IS NO F**KING PHONE NUMBER. I need help, and I want my issue solved. I want BF4 Premium.
