Bf4 premium. Missing weapons

I have been a premium player most of the year on ps4. It's been over 6 weeks now since all my weapons that I have unlocked have been taken from me. It's says I have unlocked them still an have completed the assignments but I can't use any other weapons part from the in game weapons. I can still play the dlc maps just can't use the weapons. Why??
