BF4 PREMIUM NOT DOWNLOADING

HELP! I bought bf4 premium from the playstation store for my ps4 but it never downloaded. I was able to download china rising but not premium. I've tried restoring licences several times and even deleted and reinstalled the game but still nothing!

    i bought a code from gamestop for bf4 premium, entered it on my ps4, it downloaded on my ps3 and not my ps4. i don't even have the game for the ps3. spent about 7 hours on the phone with EA, SONY and GAMESTOP. they all blame eachother and no one helps. this sucks.
