Now since you guys have recently decided to come out with premium, after the ability to pre-order the deluxe edition, there is an issue. I hope that you guys can fix this, but likely not. I hope that you guys can offer a free upgrade to premium for all members who purchased the deluxe edition before you decided to announce premium.

I think this is only mater of time, you can wait and test bf4 beta now if u have bf3 premium later after some months maybe there will be one package that going to include everything in one place : base game + premium)

Yes, but the issue is I already pre-ordered it before the announcment, then you guys come out with it, surely this is not a fair way of doing things, maybe you guys can offer a discounted rate for those that ordered beforehand or a free up.
