When I run my Battlefield 4 on my PS3 (a copy that I purchased today) and it said it updated and then notified me that game data would need to be installed. After it downloads, my screen goes black except for a tine white dash at the top right corner of my screen. The console completely freezes and I'm unable to do anything with the controller. Do I need to just exchange it or is this a common problem?

Try to exchange the disc.. but i dont think thatll help.. alot of ppl have had similar issues
