This is absolutely awful.
I freeze on start up of the game 100% of the time, either at the menu where it is raining when you click start to go into the multiplayer/campaign options, or at the black screen right before the picture of a map shows up when you try to join an online match.
I bought the game day one, and have spent hours trying to solve this issue. I havent played a single game yet, I have frozen in every of probably 40+ attemtps to play the game.
I have deleted the game install and redownloaded it twice. Alot of fun watching a 10 GB download run 3 times and no be able to play, still.
I have restored the PS3 file system in safe mode 3 times, and rebuilt the database in safe mode 2 times. I have tinkered with basically every setting on my PS3 that I read might have something to do with it. Nothing has worked.
This is the most disappointing game release ever. Never been more disappointed in a game than this. A glitched game is one thing, a broken unplayable game is totally unacceptable. This will be the last Battlefield I preorder, going on day 2 of unplayable. Ill just wait a week next time.
Admins/Mods Please do not tell me to "Clear my cache" as ive done that twice already, that is not the issue.
