BF4 PS3 China Rising Premium DLC Problem

I'm in Australia, and it's 6:30PM. I'm also a premium player. All day I have been waiting for my two week early china rising DLC but it just says out today on the premium calendar! And I can't get china rising!

You pissed me off EA.

    If you are a Premium member please try the following:

    Redownload Premium
    Restart the PS
    Go to the PSN Store.
    Search Battlefield 4
    Select Add-ons
    You should be able to choose China Rising for $0.00

    If you still cannot find the download then please contact an Advisor by following the steps below: 


    1. Click on the following link: https://help.ea.com/contact-us
    2. Make sure you are logged in (top right corner)
    3. Click on the blue button "Contact a Game Advisor"
    4. Enter the name of your game or product (or "Origin" for account-related issues) and click "Find Solutions"
    5. Select the type of issue and the platform you play on, and click on "Find Solutions".
    6. Click on the blue button "I still need help" if the FAQ articles do not apply to your situation.
    7. Select a contact option. Please note that available contact options do depend on your country settings and time of day.

    Got to PSN Store, search Battlefield 4, click Add-ons, download China Rising, play . . .

    To download it on ps3 I had to go to the v PlayStation store and go to add ons then all ps3 add ons and it is at the very bottom. Still downloading so not sure if it will actually let me play or not

    i put that code in the day i got the game, and it said thanks. now i can't find the download =(

    I havent tried deleating the downloaded data as this will reset my campaign and i reallly dont want to do that at the moment..

    i have redownloaded the 100kb premium download around 6 times last night.

    i have checked psn on the playstation to which there is 1 add on - this is premium. there is no china rising download available.

    i have now checked online : there is nothing showing on: store.sonyentertainmentnetwork.com for download, shows only 1 add on (premium)

     

    www.origin.com/ shows no add on's at all.

     

     

     

     

    Seriously please help... it seems to show up on some peoples psn's but not most of us.

    again... PS3 player  - btw. i dont join facebook groups but count me as a plus 1

    Aparently this is solved?

     

    EA - BF - DICE - SONY  Whoever needs to be told again! this is not SOLVED! whoever needs it... please go kick them very very hard in there ANUS!!

     

    you spent so long making sure the boxes all said ECID on them (DICE backwards for anyone who didnt know) and you carnt even publish an easy to find reply to this problem thousands of people are having!

    I have the same problem. I am a premium member on Playstation 3 and bought the game with the China Rising code in the front of the cover. No problem redeeming the code or downloading the China Rising pack.
    Set my server browser to include the new maps and it only shows empty servers but instead of the x button saying "join server" it says "buy dlc". I hit this and download the 100mb file and it installs. I go back to the server browser and it still says "buy dlc".
    I paid the extra for China Rising and i paid the $74 for premium and I am more than a little annoyed that I'm being ripped off by a greedy game maker.
    By the way... Every player I've spoken to thinks this laggy glitchy rubbish doesn't hold a flame to BF3.

    What is going on? Where is the content i paid for?

    As eakristi mentioned, please get sure that you have all the latest PS3 system update and check the store if you are able to purchase China Rising for 0$ (or your regional equivalent).
    If you are still not able to download the game, please get in contact with one of our Game Advisor for a further entitlement check. They can investigate what might went wrong on your account. Please keep in mind that they will need some of your private details for their verification process.
