Ya so I go onto BF4 this week to have some fun with my bro online and i just noticed it said, get all expansions for free, check out this link. so two hours later of research I found I cant get them for free, is this right? will they be free in the future at all?

The promotion ran from 9/14-9/19, so it has been over for quite some time. I highly doubt they will do it again, as this was the second time the DLCs were free. Sorry you missed out.

Most likely because DICE has been busy with BF1. I log into BF3 on console and it still tells me to pre-order BF4
