bf4 ps3 to ps4 upgrade code expiration and system

Hello i have looked for an answer in other posts but haven't found exactly what i am looking for. So , i have pre-ordered BF4 disc  for the PS3 on amazon.... i know i will get  the china rising dlc...

I got scammed on ps4 cuz i gotta buy ps plus to even use it... **bleep** sony, **bleep** ea, **bleep** everyone in the ass who came up with that idea... i want my damn money back or im gonna sue cuz i bought the upgrade fully expecting to be able to play it like the full game and what do i get? 18 damn more dollars for ps plus!!!!!!!!! Sony **bleep** you and all u asian retards im never buying and playatation products ever again
