BF4 ps3 to PS4 upgrade

If you havent paid any money for the code yet I would hold off,  I used the Digital Upgrade from the PS3 to the PS4 and apparently EA is not fullfilling their commitment to provide the China Rising DLC if you go this route.  

If you are a Premium member I would start a chat with their Advisors and get it straightened out,  but if you arent and proceed anyway dont expect China Rising any time soon unless you want to pay 14.99 for it.

in the store it has premium and china rising for free.... also the price is slashed on bf4. i just cant download it

They are a disgrace, this wasnt communicated at all and they now expect you to pay more money for a DLC which should be provided free of charge for people who preordered the game.

I would like to know why they think this is acceptable. The ps3 version of this game is obsolete once you upgrade to ps4 version. They are essentially robbing customers who bought the game early knowing they could upgrade to ps4 later.

thing is other guys i know have had no problem. so whats the go EA.....
