BF4 PS4 Ingame Battlelog glitch

So My issue is that whenever I hit the touch pad on PS4 To bring up my account. I Have 3 BF3 Accounts and One BF4. When ever I bring up the menu says it says I'm on my Colonel 100 bf3 account which I Have no progress on BF4. At first it displays the correct stats but then updates then removes all of  the score here are some screenshots to show what I Mean.

Does Anyone have any fixes? Or anyone at DICE could help? I don't want to have to chat with a advisor I can get Quite annoyed with the waiting times...
