The R8 update was rolled out this morning and I'm finding issues with the server crashing after each map is finished - clients will halt on the loading screen (not map loading, but the part where it's just the dash in the top right).
I have servers hosted with NFO and it was fine with every other release other than the odd crash every day - but now it's every map load.
Since R8 our server is barely able to stay up a few hours at a time. I too have an NFO server which was running very stable on R7 ....but since R8 we are crashing all the time now. Something is borked in R8 as it brought back the crashing to pre R7 levels. EA please fix this. Between the servers crashing and then the constant client crashes you can barely play a game through one map before you have to restart your game. My gaming community is furious about all this game crashing and client crashing and you are really creating a very bad image. Most are saying this is the last BF game they will purchase becasue this is the worst launch ever. You can't expect people to pay 60 bucks for a game that's broken and be happy about this. There are far to many other games out there for them to go play. Pleaes Please Please ...fix this stuff fast before it's to late.
