Bf4 Server ban function option wont ban

I am kdcastle (the founder and owner of the Castles battlefield 4 game server)

I would like to set the record straight...for starters, the biggest issue plaguing MY server, is the infantile power-tripping admins who see fit to abuse their modicum of authority that has been granted to them.....BY ME, to harass, stalk, and annoy the players, without which, no gaming would even be possible! I have half a mind to fire the lot of you and run it without any admins at all! 

When I gave you people this authority, I expected you to enforce kicks/bans fairly and without prejudice. This has NOT been the case. I've personally witnessed admins team killing players then kicking them without any justification whatsoever. I've also witnessed admins giving preferential treatment to those in their clans....not kicking or banning them because they are their friends, but kicking/banning those whom they are not friends with. This kind of kindergarten schoolyard behavior needs to stop!

There has been so much banning, in fact, that the ban list is now FULL which is what gave rise to this issue in the first place! I made you people admins so that you could enforce the rules of the servers fairly and responsibly, such that the integrity of the server shall be preserved. I did NOT make you admins  so that you could bully players at your whim. Start acting like ADULTS! If you continue to act like children I will begin to treat you like children and you will be receiving time-outs for misbehaving, just as is routinely done in preschool!
