BF4 Slim Jim promo code for PS4

I got a code from a Slim Jim product and after inserting the code at slimjim.com/battlefield4 it wants you to choose what BF4 platform you want the in-game code for. The options are PC, Xbox 360 and PS3. I'm playing on PS4 and am not sure if the PS3 code will work. Just curious bc I don't want to lose out on my in-game goodies due to this technicality.

Does anyone on here know if the PS3 codes will work as advertised on the PS4?

So I thought that by selecting PS3 it gives a 12 digit code to redeem in the PS Store. I logged into my PS4 and input the code. It shows the battle pack but when I hover over the download icon and select the X button, nothing happens.
How can I redeem my Slim Jim code on PS4? We need instructions!!!
