Having the same issue with the sound loop freeze. its impossible to play the game.
Its almost seemes te be server side related sinds its happining to several clan member on the same server at the same momemt.

This one is the only fix for me.
Create a user.cfg in the battlefield 4 folder.
In the cfg paste gametime.maxvariablefps 121
The 121 is the max FPS.So you can choose 60,80 or 120 fps or anything you want .Works for me perfect at 80.Give it a try.
Working with Nvidia GTX 660 from Asus and Driver 332.21.Should also be ok for AMD cards.
The RenderDevice.RenderAheadLimit 3 worked only with the previous updates and then only with1 instead of 3.
But you can try it ^^
Withour the user.cfg Metro and Locker crashes after 10 seconds or after a few minutes of gameplay.
