BF4 Stats disapear

Hi Community! have a big deal ... I went today check my stats and saw my skill at 53...whereby am around 230~250...  I said myself maybe b/c I became more bad  and I opened all my battlereports I could open. I saw that I was everywhere without any stats that I killed nobody or didn't got killed. only the skills had an minus sign, lowest -5 highest -10! What can I do? Please need help! Am not a pure statistical freak but is an overview of thinks done. secondly to see at the end of the game how I did I like to see them and what ^title I got like necromancer etc... and I saw before like 2 days ago that everything was all right...

Will be happy for any help thanks in advance

    Can you elaborate on your problem, did you just do poorly in those rounds or did you not play those rounds? If you did not play those rounds I suggest you immediately change your passwords and add two factor authentication to your Origin account.

    If you are just not happy with your stats, if you are premium you can reset your stats, however on your main stat page your permanent global stats will still persist.

    I played those rounds! was yesterday online but the stats are 0 k and 0 d... only skill went down! but for security reason I'll do it to change my password! thanks for your advise!

    But when it's not that... what else can I do?
