BF4 stuck at loading screen .

@Hamooooo0d Hey, do you still have the issue today? When were you able to play last? Can I check what system you're on?

I can see players in BF4 now so there's not a widespread outage right now.

thank you for the reply. ya the problem still exists . and now  cannot go online into origin UI battlelog is ok . i was able to play a day before this happens.my system is A

win 8.1 64 operating system. my PC qualification is above recommended. 

@Hamooooo0d Hi, so your Origin isn't working properly now? Can you see the store page? 

Can I check what anti-virus you're using? If you add/re-add both Origin and BF4 to your exceptions list for your security software, does this have any effect?

iam sorry origin is working now. my anti-virus is norton. yes i added them . no effect on the never ending loading screen.

@Hamooooo0d Thanks. Can you try restarting your system with a Clean Boot and see if anything changes?

If this has no effect, can you try temporarily disabling your Norton and see if anything changes? This will help to fully determine whether or not the anti-virus is a factor.

@EA_David Hey, I see you've been helping Hamoooo0d out with the problem. With my internet I'd really like to avoid downloading the game all over again. I have the same problem: click to join a server and then a black screen with the loading bar on the top right. Left it for a good half an hour, possibly longer now. Any solutions?

my friend i have contacted EA for A week and they donot know how to solve the problem first they told me my internet is bad and then thy have problems with the servers . so i spend two days re downloading the game all over , and it fixed it . podom line is donot rely on them .sorry for my bad english.
