BF4 stuck logging in

Try:

-Launch BF4 as an Administrator.

-Check that bf4 is allowed in your firwall as well as Origin.

-Make sure your modem ports are open.

already reinstall the game and origin... clear my cache... etc etc.

nothing works...

is there the opportunity to get my money back ?

Both of those links you provide for self help go to pages that do not exist.  I don't particularly need instructions on how to ping or tracert a connection.  I just thought you might want to know, before handing out a canned response.  I can say without a doubt this is a problem with the logging in process for EA.  I just want to join the chorus of people that are saying this is a new issue that needs to be fixed on EA's end.

Just started happening to me about 40 min ago... Been playing the last 3 days fine. Go to eat diner. Come back and cant join any servers. Stuck at "Logging In"

Also my Battlelog went fubar. Lost a bunch of servers on my favorites list.

Same exact issue here...

My favorite server list has repopulated after they rebooted.  I'm able to join the server now. FYI
