BF4 Sudden high ping problem on all my normally good servers. No PC changes.

Yeah I have the same problem and I've tried everything they've told me to do.  I know its not my problem because this doesn't happen on any other game except BF4.  Even Battlefield Hardline Beta didn't do this.  My ping will go from perfectly normal, let's say 30-40 then it will randomly skyrocket to 100-300 and I can't even walk forward without being rubberbanded back.  DICE please ☹️

      I got the same issue here. My minimum ping went from ~20 ms to more than 120 ms for no reason.
      When I TRACERT easo.ea.com I get at least 180 ms.

      Enable/disabling UPnP doesn't do anything

      Resetting my Wi-Fi settings neither

      Forwarding specific ports neither

      What am I supposed to do now ?

      EDIT : using an OpenVPN client seems to fix the issue. (note that I never had this kind of issue while playing BF1 or BFV)
