BF4 Sudden high ping problem on all my normally good servers. No PC changes.

Same issue for me on PS4. In game it only seems to affect my connection to US-W servers in BF4 (but not BF1). Will try to post my traceroute tomorrow. So frustrating that they refuse to even acknowledge this issue.
