Bf4 thinks I don't have gold /cannot play multiplayer

I have updated to the new october 2015 ops on my xbox one . I have played them. .. I have gold until next year. Since yesterday I cannot play multiplayer. I get an error that says I need gold membership to play. I have confirmed my membership is current. . I have tried removing and reinstalling my profile. .. I have tried moving the entire game into my external hardrive.
Please help I can't find anything online that will help me fix this. *begging
I get an error on main menu that says 'could not retrieve battlepacks. Please try again later'
Then the second error says' you must have a xbox live gold membership to access online features. Subscribe to xbox live now? ' it doesn't matter if I accept or decline it didn't do anything.
